Psychiatrists Only was founded in 1998 in Atlanta, Georgia, with the objective to recruit well-qualified psychiatrists for locum tenens and permanent positions in the healthcare industry. Meet the professionals of Psychiatrists Only:

M. Wayne Parton, Vice President
Wayne Parton, Vice President of Psychiatrists Only, began his career in the healthcare industry in 1981 as a regional staffing coordinator with Spectrum Emergency Care. Mr. Parton was responsible for supervising and staffing twenty-three hospital emergency rooms in Missouri and Illinois. He next served as Director of Recruitment for Correction Medical Systems, placing physicians in seven state prison medical systems. In 1998, Mr. Parton joined Jackson and Coker, recruiting primary care physicians and psychiatrists. During his tenure at Jackson and Coker, he was promoted to Vice President of the Psychiatry division and led the company in placing two hundred and fifty psychiatrists in more than one hundred client sites nationwide. In 1995, Mr. Parton founded Quest Staffing Solutions, (currently known as LocumTenens.Com.), and initiated the company’s psychiatry division. Today, Mr. Parton is firm Vice President for Psychiatrists Only.

Scot Shaw, Director of Locum Tenens Recruitment Division
Scot Shaw is a graduate of Auburn University and has extensive knowledge of the medical community as well as physician relations. Scot has more than 16 years of experience in medical placement, placing both physicians and allied health professionals. Scot manages the locum tenens recruiting team, as well as his own territory, which includes California, New York and many others.

Adam Karp, Director of Marketing
Adam Karp is a graduate of the University of Missouri and a native of Indiana. Adam brings more than 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing to Psychiatrists Only and has been the Director of Marketing since 2003.

Don Ceniza, Director of Permanent Placement
Don Ceniza is a graduate of Mercer University and holds a degree in nursing from Kennesaw State University. Don has a keen understanding of the physician’s point of view because both of his parents are physicians. Early in Don’s career, he served as a locum tenens recruiter covering multiple specialties for the Staff Exchange LLC. He later started his own physician placement firm, Top Docs, in Marietta, Georgia, serving as co-owner and vice president.

Jon Paul Keenan, Director of Operations
Jon Paul is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and holds a Masters in Business Administration. Prior to joining Psychiatrists Only, Jon Paul served as the key operating officer in many student loan organizations for more than fifteen years. His diverse roles at Psychiatrists Only include office management, physician credentialing and licensing. His ability to handle everyday operations and provide strategic guidance makes him an invaluable member of the Psychiatrists Only team.

Zachary Juno, Marketer, Locum Tenens and Permanent Placement Division
Zachary Juno received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tulsa and his Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University. Zachary’s background in commercial finance enables Psychiatrists Only to provide strategic marketing solutions for our physicians based on a wealth of information regarding locum tenens and permanent placement trends in the healthcare staffing industry.

Clark Fowler, Senior Recruiter, Locum Tenens Division
Clark Fowler is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and has extensive experience in both recruiting and marketing of medical professionals in many specialties. Clark’s expertise allows him to provide optimal matches for numerous clients and physicians in his recruiting territory of southern and northeastern states.

Chris Wang, Senior Recruiter, Locum Tenens Division
Chris Wang is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta and a native of New Orleans, LA. He has more than 10 years of experience in the staffing industry, seven of which have been specific to physician staffing. His extensive experience in both marketing and recruiting bring an intrinsic understanding of the physician placement industry, allowing him to offer turn-key solutions for his clients’ staffing needs.

Donna Goddard, Senior Recruiter, Permanent Placement Division
Donna Goddard is a graduate of Georgia State University and has more than ten years of experience in the placement industry. Donna has served as a Director of Operations as well as a key player in the recruiting efforts of previous employers.
